Mysterian Design
MYSTERIAN is an independent type foundry based in Texas, creating hand-drawn, experimental, and historically inspired typefaces. Drawing from manuscript traditions, traditional lettering, to classical and even brutalist typography, the collection explores typography as semiotic forms that give a plethora of decorative means to make communication and meaning flourish. Distinctive forms are paired with broad Latin and European language support, giving expressive and textured typefaces practical versatility. MYSTERIAN creates fonts for designers working across branding, editorial, posters, packaging, and other visual applications, as well as bespoke typefaces for brands seeking unique visual identities.
