Brand Guidelines OS – Figma Template

Instead of building every brand book from scratch, Brand Guidelines OS provides a reusable Figma framework of templates, components, variables and documentation utilities that..standardise how guidelines are made and kept up to date, turning static presentation files into a scalable documentation system.

Built for branding studios, agencies, freelancers and in-house teams, it pairs modular page templates with a centralised variable architecture to keep layouts, typography, colours and documentation consistent across every page. An optional multi-theme system lets whole documents or individual sections switch themes in a few clicks to support multiple brand variations.

The system includes a 67-page guidelines template with guidance notes for each slide type alongside reusable layout components, semantic colour variables, data tables, specification blocks and built-in usage documentation.
