PLEASE READ THESE LICENSE TERMS CAREFULLY

This Trial Font End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between SIA Supply Family, Reg. Nr. 50203292501, of Malu iela 6-1A, Riga, LV-1058, Latvia (“Supply Family,” “Licensor,” “we,” “us”) and the person or legal entity downloading or using the Trial Fonts (“Licensee,” “you”).

By accepting this Agreement, downloading, installing, or using a Trial Font, you agree to be bound by its terms.

If you accept this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.

1. DEFINITIONS
   1. “Creator” means the creator or vendor who publishes the applicable font through the Supply Family marketplace.
   2. “Trial Font” means an evaluation version of a font made available for download through Supply Family.
   3. “Internal Evaluation” means private testing of a Trial Font within your own organization to decide whether to purchase a full license. Internal Evaluation does not include use in work shown, supplied, published, or distributed to a client, customer, the public, or any other third party.
   4. “Authorized Users” means you and, where you are acting on behalf of an entity, members of your internal team who require access to the Trial Font solely for Internal Evaluation.

2. TRIAL LICENSE
   1. Subject to this Agreement, Supply Family grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Trial Font solely for Internal Evaluation.
   2. You may:
      1. install the Trial Font on devices used by Authorized Users;
      2. use the Trial Font in private mockups, design explorations, tests, prototypes, and internal presentations;
      3. create internal test files that are not published, distributed, delivered, or made accessible outside your organization; and
      4. make reasonable backup copies for your own internal use.
   3. This license does not expire while you continue to comply with this Agreement. It remains limited to Internal Evaluation regardless of how long you keep the Trial Font.

3. PURCHASE OF A FULL LICENSE
   1. Before using the typeface outside Internal Evaluation, you must purchase the appropriate full license through Supply Family.
   2. A full license must be purchased before any work using the typeface is:
      1. shown or supplied to a client or customer;
      2. included in final artwork or deliverables;
      3. published, posted, broadcast, advertised, sold, or distributed;
      4. used in a commercial, professional, promotional, or public-facing project; or
      5. put into production in any form.
   3. The appropriate full license depends on the intended use of the typeface. This Agreement does not grant any rights covered by a Desktop, Webfont, Advertising, App, or other commercial license.
   4. Purchasing a full license does not retroactively authorize any use that breached this Agreement before the full license was purchased.

4. RESTRICTIONS
   1. You must not:
      1. use a Trial Font in final artwork, client work, client presentations, pitches, proofs, deliverables, or production files;
      2. use a Trial Font in a logo, brand identity, website, application, advertisement, product, packaging, publication, social media post, video, film, template, or other public-facing material;
      3. publish, sell, license, distribute, transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise provide the Trial Font to another person;
      4. share the Trial Font with anyone other than Authorized Users;
      5. upload the Trial Font to any server, shared drive, platform, or service where it can be accessed by unauthorized users;
      6. embed the Trial Font in a website, application, digital product, electronic document, template, software product, or other distributable file;
      7. modify, rename, convert, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative font software from the Trial Font;
      8. remove, alter, disable, or circumvent any copyright notice, font name, identifier, technical restriction, or proprietary label contained in the Trial Font;
      9. use the Trial Font in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person;
      10. include the Trial Font in open-source software or any product that could make the font software publicly accessible; or
      11. use the Trial Font as training data, reference data, input, or source material for developing, training, fine-tuning, or operating a generative artificial intelligence system.
   2. You may not use output created with a Trial Font as a substitute for purchasing the appropriate full license.

5. OWNERSHIP
   1. All intellectual property rights in the Trial Font belong to the applicable Creator or other rights holder.
   2. The Trial Font is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
   3. Supply Family and the Creator reserve all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR AUTHORIZED USERS
   1. You must ensure that all Authorized Users comply with this Agreement.
   2. You are responsible for any use of the Trial Font by a person who receives access through you, your account, your devices, or your organization.

7. AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT
   1. Trial Fonts are provided for evaluation purposes only.
   2. Supply Family and the Creator are not required to provide technical support, updates, corrections, replacement files, or continued access to any Trial Font.
   3. Supply Family or the Creator may change, replace, or withdraw a Trial Font from the marketplace at any time.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
   1. Trial Fonts are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
   2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supply Family, the Creator, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Trial Font. This includes loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, opportunity, or anticipated savings.
   3. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. TERMINATION
   1. This Agreement and your right to use the Trial Font will terminate immediately if you breach any of its terms.
   2. Supply Family may also terminate this Agreement by giving you written notice.
   3. Upon termination, you and all Authorized Users must:
      1. stop using the Trial Font; and
      2. permanently delete all copies of the Trial Font from your devices, storage systems, backups, and shared locations.
   4. Sections concerning ownership, liability, and any provisions intended to continue after termination will remain in effect.

10. SUPPLY FAMILY TERMS
    1. This Agreement applies together with the Supply Family Terms and Conditions.
    2. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Supply Family Terms and Conditions concerning use of a Trial Font, this Agreement will apply to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict.

11. GENERAL TERMS
    1. You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written permission.
    2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
    3. A failure or delay by Supply Family to enforce any provision will not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
    4. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Supply Family concerning the Trial Font.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    1. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from it will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    2. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or connected with this Agreement.
    3. All disputes will be conducted in English.
